Mia moglie, mio \u200b\u200bfiglio e io abbiamo trascorso 7 notti alla Dimora, usandola come base in Veneto. Avevamo un grazioso angolo cottura, un bagno spazioso e una camera matrimoniale. La zona cottura non era utilizzabile, il che \u00e8 stato un bene visto che abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori (e poi, non ce lo aspettavamo), ma avevamo comunque accesso al lavandino e al frigorifero con congelatore, il che \u00e8 stato estremamente utile. C'era molto spazio per far correre il nostro bambino e c'erano molti armadietti per tenere le camere in ordine per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. ||La struttura \u00e8 a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, dove si possono facilmente prendere treni per Venezia, Padova, Vicenza e alcune delle altre perle del Veneto. ||Ogni giorno, le camere venivano pulite da una signora carismatica e cordiale, sempre lieta di incontrarla. Anche la proprietaria della struttura \u00e8 stata molto gentile e disponibile, chiarendo di essere disponibile per qualsiasi assistenza in caso di necessit\u00e0. ||La Dimora non \u00e8 un hotel convenzionale, ad esempio non offre colazione o servizio in camera, ma non mancano ristoranti nelle vicinanze da visitare. ||Il giorno del check-in, riceverai un SMS con il codice per la porta d'ingresso (non c'\u00e8 una hall per il check-in); una volta dentro, utilizzerai nuovamente il codice al primo piano e riceverai la tua tessera magnetica, che utilizzerai per entrare e uscire per il resto del soggiorno. ||Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione e tornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare in zona. ||Grazie per il soggiorno confortevole.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/svg><\/div><\/div>

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte e nei giorni successivi mi sono stancato dei loro SMS \u2013 davvero poco carini. Volevano la mia opinione sul mio soggiorno, ma il modo in cui me l'hanno chiesto non era affatto appropriato. L'hotel mi ha persino mandato messaggi durante la notte.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

We sent you two messages, 1 as soon as we received the negative review ( by Booking) from you without leaving any justification, and I would like to specify that the message was sent as soon as we received the review and the second message was sent today (more or less 3\/4 days after the first message). We wrote you the second message as we did not receive a response to the first. In both cases we only asked what was wrong with the room or with the stay itself given the negative rating you left. Honestly, it seems fair to ask for an explanation when you receive a 4 without any explanation, we wanted to understand what had happened in order to improve, given that we put so much effort and work into satisfying our customers (you can also see it from the reviews and the ratings we have on the various portals) but given your behavior we hope to never have to deal with customers like you and I repeat, I am sorry that we do not have the possibility to attach the screenshots. Per il prezzo, si ottiene un'ottima qualit\u00e0, un buon letto, cuscini un po' vuoti, una buona doccia, pulizia impeccabile e una posizione eccellente. L'hotel offre il check-in automatico e si trova al primo piano senza ascensore, se non si ha la mobilit\u00e0 necessaria. Sconsigliato.<\/span><\/div>

Bisogna effettuare il check-in con un codice digitale per la porta d'ingresso, in questo hotel non c'\u00e8 una vera reception, siamo atterrati all'aeroporto di Treviso e abbiamo preso un autobus appena fuori dall'aeroporto per 5 \u20ac a persona, che era molto economico dato che i taxi costavano circa 100 \u20ac.||Dalla fermata dell'autobus a Treviso abbiamo dovuto camminare per circa 15 minuti per raggiungere l'hotel, le strade non sono segnalate chiaramente.||In questa struttura non \u00e8 disponibile la colazione (anche se quando mia figlia ha prenotato tramite il sito web di Expedia, era chiaramente indicato B&B) e non c'\u00e8 cibo disponibile. ||La nostra camera era piccola, aveva un'apertura sul tetto per la ventilazione e la luce, con una tenda oscurante, anche aria condizionata, set per la preparazione di t\u00e8 e caff\u00e8, un piccolo frigorifero.|Abbiamo comprato latte e cereali da un supermercato molto vicino chiamato Pam, ha un prezzo molto ragionevole e molti prodotti. ||Dato che non \u00e8 disponibile la colazione, un microonde sarebbe utile nella nostra camera numero 8.|Le stazioni dei treni e degli autobus sono raggiungibili a piedi e portano a Venezia. Noi abbiamo preso il treno per 4 \u20ac a persona solo andata, un ottimo rapporto qualit\u00e0-prezzo. Abbiamo comprato i biglietti di andata e ritorno perch\u00e9 Venezia \u00e8 molto affollata.||La nostra camera veniva rifatta ogni giorno con asciugamani freschi e t\u00e8 e caff\u00e8 venivano riforniti.|Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. ||Un viaggio in treno di 25 minuti porta a Venezia. |Abbiamo preso un autobus per tornare all'aeroporto di Treviso dalla stazione degli autobus per 2 \u20ac a persona, economico come patatine.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/svg><\/div><\/div><\/div>
