Welcome to Dimora’s Policy page for booking refunds, cancellations, and amendments..
Free Cancellation
- You may cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund, provided cancellation is made no later than 4 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations and Amendments
- To cancel or amend your booking for a full refund, you must notify Dimora Del Teatro at least 96 hours before your arrival date via email to:info@dimoradelteatro.com.
Late Cancellations (Outside Terms):
- Should cancellation occur after the stated deadline, the amount paid for the stay will be retained.
Recovery Voucher for Late Cancellations:
- To ensure maximum guest satisfaction in case of late cancellations, we offer a Voucher equal in value to the amount paid.The Voucher can be used for a stay at our facility, from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), within four months of the issue date.
How to Use Your Voucher
The Voucher can be used for future bookings at Dimora Del Teatro, subject to:
- Room availability;
- Use from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays);
- Redemption within 4 months of the issue date.
